Amendment to HABR#l 4-21: Palisades Free Library: Maria Gagliardi and Maryanne Brueckner appeared on behalf of the Library and asked that the light on the building next to the new railing be changed to a wall mount light on the building: BEGA model 22 263, LED, 16.9 Watts, 1790 Lumen, 9.5″ x 9.5″ in silver; Thano Schoppe! made a motion to approve the light; which motion was seconded by Margaret Raso and carried unanimously.
Logan Leachman, JLF Associates, Inc., had an informal discussion with the Board regarding 55 Woods Road and if the Board would look favorably upon the applicant removing existing structures and building new. The existing structure is in quite a state if poor repair and does not meet current codes structurally or from a life safety and environmental efficiency standpoint. Mr. Leachman explained that they would salvage the stone and other items from the house and reuse them in the new building. The Board
looked favorably upon the presentation.
