NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ORANGETOWN ARCHITECTURE AND COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD OF REVIEW
Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017. At the Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #17-06: Instrumentation Laboratory Generator Plan: The application of Instrumentation Laboratory, owner, for the review of the Installation of a Generator at a site known as “Instrumentation Laboratory Generator Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 526 Route 303, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.19, Block 1, Lot 45; in the LO zoning district.
ACABOR #17-07: Gulfmart Gas Price Signage Plan: The application of
Alex Hanny Ibrahim, applicant for Sharon and Wayne Tucker, owners, for the review of a Sign Plan at a site known as “Gulfmart Gas Price Signage Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 202 East Central Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.13, Block 1, Lot 18; in the CC zoning district.
ACABOR #17-04: 38 N. Middletown Road Roof top Co-location Plan, a continued item: The application of Verizon Wireless, applicant, for Pearl River Store Associates, owner, for the review of the Installation of a Roof Top Co-location Wireless Communication Facility at a site to be known as “38 N. Middletown Road Roof top Wireless Communication Facility Co-location Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 38 North Middletown Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.13, Block 1, Lot 8; in the CC zoning district.
