NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ORANGETOWN HISTORIC AREAS
BOARD OF REVIEW
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Historic Areas Board of
Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York in the
Greenbush Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, NY on Tuesday,
February 14, 2017 commencing at 7:30 PM. At the PUBLIC HEARING,
the Historic Areas Board of Review shall consider the following item:

HABR#17-02: Application of New Old Stone House LLC for review of an addition to an existing single-family residence located at 4 Woods Road, in the Town of Orangetown, Hamlet of Palisades, New York. Chapter 12, Section 12-4(A), Historic Areas Board of Review.
