This Workshop Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll.

 

Present were:   Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Paul Valentine

Councilman Gerald Bottari

 

Absent:            Councilman Denis Troy

 

Also present:

John Edwards, Town Attorney

Teresa Kenny, Deputy Town Attorney

Jeff Bencik, Finance Director

John Giardiello, Director of OBZPAE

Aric Gorton, Superintendent of Parks, Recreation & Building Maint.

 

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was led by Donna Morrison.

 

 

RESOLUTION NO. 186                                            ENTERED WORKSHOP

 

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 7:00 p.m., the Town Board entered this Workshop Meeting.

 

Ayes:      Supervisor Stewart

Councilpersons Diviny, Valentine, Bottari

Noes:      None

Absent:   Councilperson Troy

 

The Town Board, from 7:00 p.m. thru 8:20 p.m., interviewed lobbysits Chris Smith, Pearl River, Del Guidice of Greenberg Traurig; Cynthia Shenker and Michael Trunzo of Shenker, Russo & Clark, LLP and Alexander Betke of Wilson Elsner.  At 8:20 p.m., the Town Board reviewed and discussed Workshop agenda items 1-22.

 

 

RESOLUTION NO. 187                                            ADJOURNED

 

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Bottari and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 9:20 p.m., the Town Board adjourned this meeting
