This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 9:37 a.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll. Present were:

Councilman Denis Troy (arrived at 9:40 a.m.)

Councilwoman Marie Manning

Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan

Councilman Michael Maturo

Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk

Suzanne Barclay, Executive Assistant to the Supervisor

Eileen Schlag, Personnel

Catherine Dodge, Orangetown Parks Development Advisory Committee Ann Marie Uhl, Youth Recreation Assessment Advisory Committee

John Clifford, Blue Hill Golf Course Advisory Committee

Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

RESOLUTION NO. 156 ENTER STBM/INTERVIEWS SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board meeting at 9:37 a.m. to hold interviews for the position of Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned this Special Town Board Meeting at 11:30 a.m.
