This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 7 p.m. Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny presided and called the roll.

Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Paul Valentine

Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny

 

Absent:                        Councilman Jerry Bottari

Michael Lawler, Deputy Supervisor

Robert Magrino, Town Attorney

Dennis Michaels, Deputy Town Attorney

 

 

RESOLUTION NO. 1                                              ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION INTERVIEWS / PERSONNEL MATTERS

 

Supervisor Kenny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 7:01 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session for interviews and Personnel matters

 

Ayes:      Supervisor Kenny

Councilpersons Valentine, Troy, Diviny, Valentine

Noes:      None

Absent:   Councilman Bottari

 

RESOLUTION NO. 2                                              RE-ENTERED STBM/ADJOURNED

 

Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 7:24 p.m., the Town Board re-entered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned.
