Supervisor Kleiner explained that this meeting was called with the Town Board, Town
Attorney’s office. Land Use Board Members, Planning Director, and Board Clerks to discuss
land use and planning issues pertaining to the Rockland Psychiatric Center property.

RESOLUTION NO. 467 ENTE R STBM/LAND USE
Councilman Fisher offered the following resolution, which was seconded by
Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board enters a Special Town Board Meeting for a
discussion regarding land use and planning issues pertaining to the Rockland Psychiatric Center
property.

Councilman Fisher offered the following resolution, which was seconded by
