Please Take Notice that a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 4:00 p.m at Town Hall, 26 Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. Please note that the Town Board will immediately enter into an Executive Session for the sole purpose of discussing a matter of public safety and personnel. This Executive Session will not be open to the public.

This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 4:01pm. Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny presided and Rosanna Sfraga, Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 195

ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION / MATTER OF PUBLIC SAFETY / PERSONNEL

 

Councilperson Paul Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 4:03 pm the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss matters of public safety and personnel.

RESOLUTION NO. 196

RE-ENTERED STBM / ADJOURNED

 

Councilperson Paul Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 4:50 pm., the Town Board re-entered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned.
