EXECUTIVE SESSION

Supervisor Kleiner presided. Th e Town Clerk called the Roll. Presen t were:
Councilman Edward Fisher
Councilman Denis O’Donnell
Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning

RESOLUTION NO. 179 ENTE R EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded
by Councilman O’Donnell and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Workshop meeting started at 8:07 P.M. and the
Town Board entered into and executive session at 9:20 P.M. to discuss particular
litigation and particular personnel matters.

RESOLUTION NO. 180 ADJOURNMEN T
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded
