Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, whic h wa s seconded by
Councilman Fisher and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board enters executive session at a Special Town Board Meeting for a preliminarily review of aspects of the Rockland Psychiatric Center sports proposals.

RESOLUTION NO. 14 6 AUTHORIZE/AGREEMEN T HAWKINS, DELAFIELD & WOODS
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, whic h wa s seconded by
Councilwoman Manning and was unanimousl y adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign a retainer agreement, on an hourly basis, with Teno West of Hawkins, Delafield and Woods, for the purpose of consulting services regarding the Requests for Proposals process for the Rockland Psychiatric Center.
