TOWN OF ORANGETOWN
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2008
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 10:00 a.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided. The Town Clerk called the Roll. Present were:
Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning
Also present:
Suzanne Barclay, Exec Asst. to Supervisor
Ron Delo, Director, Dept. Environmental Mgt. & Eng.
Supervisor Kleiner led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 328 ENTER STBM/RPC-H ZONING DISTRICT SEQRA REVIEW
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting to discuss the environmental review process to be conducted under the State Environmental Review Act (“SEQRA”), for the proposed Zoning Text Amendment and creating a new Rockland Psychiatric Center-H zoning district.
Ayes: Councilpersons Maturo, Low-Hogan, Supervisor Kleiner

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned this Special Town Board Meeting at 12:30 p.m.
