May 28,2003
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 4:05 P. M. Supervisor Thorn
Kleiner presided. Th e Town Clerk called the roll.
Present were: Councilma n Denis O’Donnell
Councilman Denis M. Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning
Councilman Edward Fisher (Absent)

RESOLUTION NO. 342 CONSULTATION/STE J
ARCHITECTS/RPC
SPORTS CENTER
Councilwoman Manning offered the following resolution, which was seconded by
Councilman O’Donnell and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board enters a Special Town Board Meeting for a
consultation with the architects hired by STEJ to design the indoor sports complex proposed for
Rockland Psychiatric Center.
