TOWN OF ORANGETOWN
SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2008
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 7:30 a.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided. The Supervisor called the Roll. Present were:
Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning
Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Also present: Charles Richardson, Director of Finance
Supervisor Thom Kleiner led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 637 ENTER STBM/2009 BUDGET HEARINGS
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board meeting at 7:30 a.m. to discuss the 2009 Budget.
Ayes: Councilpersons Troy, Maturo, Manning, Low-Hogan

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
