SPECIALTOWNBOARD MEETING
BUDGET HEARING
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2009
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 7:30 a.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided and called the Roll. Present were:
Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning
Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Also present: Suzanne Barclay, Executive Assistant to the Supervisor
Charles Richardson, Director of Finance
Kevin Nulty, Chief of Police
Donald Butterworth, Police Admin. Lieutenant
Supervisor Kleiner led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 493 ENTER STBM/BUDGET HEARING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting to hold budget hearings.
