EXECUTIVE SESSION
THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2012
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 165 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION SPECIFIC LITIGATION
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss specific litigation at 10:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 166 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP AND ADJOURNED
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop Meeting at 10:20 p.m. and adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
