This Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:25 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll.
Present were: Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy
Absent: Councilman Thomas Diviny

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was led by Boy Scout Troop No. 2055.
The Town Board reviewed and discussed the Workshop agenda items and decided to vote on the following item, during the Workshop, making it Resolution No. 514.
RESOLUTION NO. 514 AWARD BID/CHEMICALS & FERTILIZERS TERRE COMPANY/PARKS & REC
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Parks, Recreation & Buildings duly advertised for sealed bids for Chemicals & Fertilizers, for Blue Hill Golf Course and the Parks Department, which were received and publicly opened on November 13, 2015; a copy of the Affidavit of Publication, Notice of Posting and Bid Sheet are labeled Exhibit 11-C-15, and made a part of these minutes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT BE IT RESOLVED, Item 13 – Organic Fertilizer 18-0-5, of this bid is awarded to the Terre Co., Clifton, NJ, the lowest qualified bidder, in the amount of $6,887.50, for the Parks Department.
