POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
TUESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2011
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 52 ENTERED/POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police matters, at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 53 ENTERED WORKSHOP
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
