Kleiner presided. Th e Town Clerk called the roll.

Kevin Nulty, Chief of Police

RESOLUTION NO. 412 ENTE R EXECUTIVE
SESSION/POLICECOMMISSION
Councilman O’Donnell offered the following resolution, which was seconded by
Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board enters a Special Town Board Meeting
Executive Session for a Special Police Commission meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 413 RESOLUTION/EXEC / SESSION
RESOLVED, that Councilpersons O’Donnell, Troy, Manning and Supervisor Kleiner
unanimously made and voted on a motion to determine charges and specifications regarding a
Police Officer. Th e minutes of this specific Resolution are not presently subject to F.O.I.L,
pending proceedings and are being held in separate packet by the Town Clerk. (Durin g the
consideration and deliberations on this motion, Kevin Nulty, Chief of Police, and Terrence
Sullivan, Police Captain left the Executive Session from 7:08 PM until 8:43 PM

Councilman O’Donnell offered the following resolution, which was seconded by
