SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 2014
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 11:30 a.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Morr
Also present: John Edwards, Town Attorney

RESOLUTION NO. 335 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION ACQUISITION/SALE/LEASE/TOWN-OWNED RPC PROPERTY
Councilperson Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss the sale of the Town-Owned RPC property with prospective developers.

RESOLUTION NO. 336 RE-ENTERED STBM/ADJOURNED
Councilperson Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board reentered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned, at 12:00 p.m.
