EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 2012
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Steward presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

Absent: Councilman Thomas Morr

RESOLUTION NO. 302 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION PBA CONTRACT
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss the PBA contract, at 9:10 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 303 REENTERED/WORKSHOP AND ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned at 9:34 p.m.
