POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
WORKSHOP MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 2011
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 369 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:00 p.m.
Ayes: Councilpersons Low-Hogan, Maturo, Diviny

RESOLUTION NO. 370 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss particular Police staffing, at 7:23 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 371 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 372 RE-ENTERRD EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Whalen, the Town Board, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Charlotte Madigan, and Charles Richardson.
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered Executive Session to discuss particular contract negotiations, at 9:20 p.m.
