TOWN OF ORANGETOWN
WORKSHOP/EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2015
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Thomas Diviny
Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk (via telephone)
John Edwards, Town Attorney
Teresa Kenny, Deputy Town Attorney
Kevin Nulty, Police Chief
RESOLUTION NO. 149 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION / POLICE PERSONNEL MATTERS
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 9:40 p.m., the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss Police Personnel matters. Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken after this Executive Session.

Noes: None
Absent: Councilman Diviny
RESOLUTION NO. 150 RE-ENTER WORKSHOP/ADJOURNED
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 10:13 p.m., the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned.
