TOWN OF ORANGETOWN
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 18, 2010
The Town Board entered the Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy

Councilman Thomas Diviny

RESOLUTION NO. 329 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION PARTICULAR LITIGATION
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Executive Session to discuss particular litigation, at 9:18 p.m.
