EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2013
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 248 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL CANDIDATE CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, to discuss particular Personnel Candidates and contract negotiations, at 8:48 p.m. Supervisor Stewart said no votes will be taken after the Executive Session.
