EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2012
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Steward presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 257 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION PBA CONTRACT
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss the PBA contract, at 8:40 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 258 REENTERED/WORKSHOP AND ADJOURNED
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned at 9:23 p.m.
