SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2011
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll. Present were:

Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, presented the Media Letter noticing the Town Board will hold a Special Town Board Meeting to discuss 2012 budget; copy is labeled Exhibit 11-D-11 and made a part of these minutes.
RESOLUTION NO. 628 ENTER SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING/2012 BUDGET
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 12:30 p.m. to discuss amendments to 2012 budget.

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
