SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
FRIDAY OCTOBER 16, 2015
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 10:00 am. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the Roll:
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Denis Troy
Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk
John Edwards, Town Attorney
Jeff Bencik, Finance Director
Janice Ganley, Supervisor of Fiscal Services
Aric Gorton, Superintendent of Parks, Recreation & Building Maint.
Allan Ryff, Deputy Supervisor
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America was led by Charlotte Madigan.
The Supervisor called this Special Town Board Meeting, with Valley Crest, Applied Golf and Orangetown Parks and Recreation, to discuss their Requests for Proposals (RFPs), regarding the Blue Hill Golf Course.
RESOLUTION NO. 457 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION/BLUE HILL GOLF COURSE (BHGC)/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 10:35 a.m., the Town Board entered Executive Session, including Valley Crest, Applied Golf and Orangetown Parks and Recreation, to continue discussing the Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Blue Hill Golf Course.

RESOLUTION NO. 458 RE-ENTERED SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING/ADJOURNED
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 1:35 p.m., the Town Board re-entered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned.
