SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2012
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 7:05 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Thomas Morr

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 431 ENTER STBM
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting to discuss the 2013 Budget with Department Heads, at 7:05 p.m.,
Ayes: Councilpersons Troy, Valentine, Diviny

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
