TOWN BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2010
This Town Board Meeting was opened at 6:30 p.m. Supervisor Whalen presided and called the Roll. Present were:
Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Michael Maturo
Also present: Charles Richardson, Director of Finance
Kevin Nulty, Police Chief
Robert Zimmerman, Police Captain
Donald Butterworth, Administrator Lieutenant
Brian Kenney, Assessor
The Town Board led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 561 ENTER 2011 BUDGET MEETING DEPARTMENT HEADS
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered 2011 budget meeting with department heads, at 7:35 a.m.
Ayes: Councilpersons Low-Hogan, Maturo, Troy, Diviny

RESOLUTION NO. 562 ADJOURNED
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Regular Town Board Meeting, at 8:50 a.m.
