SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 9:00 a.m.  Supervisor Stewart presided and Town Clerk Madigan called the Roll.

 

Present were:  Councilman Denis Troy

Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Thomas Morr

Councilman Paul Valentine

Jeff Bencik, Finance Director

James Dean, Superintendent of Highways

Joseph Moran, Commissioner of DEME

Robert Simon, Receiver of Taxes

John Giardiello, Director of OBZPAE

Aric Gorton, Superintendent of Parks, Recreation & Building Maintenance

Brian Kenney, Assessor

Judge Richard Finning

Maureen McGrath, Court Clerk

Chief Kevin Nulty

Donald Butterworth, Police Captain

RESOLUTION NO. 395                                          ENTER BUDGET HEARINGS WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS

 

Councilperson Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting to discuss 2015 Budget with Department Heads.

RESOLUTION NO. 396                                          ADJOURNED

 

Councilperson Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned, at 3:00 p.m.
