SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2012
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 7:05 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine

RESOLUTION NO. 416 ENTER STBM
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting to discuss 2013 Budget with Department Heads, at 7:05 p.m.,

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
