SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2004
This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 8:10 p.m. Supervisor Kleiner presided. The Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 570 OPEN PH CONTINUANCE ZONE CHANGE/THE POINTE
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the continuation of the public hearing to consider the request for a zone change for The Pointe at Lake Tappan, Veterans Memorial Parkway, Pearl River, from Office Park (OP) to Planned Adult Community (PAC) Floating Zone is hereby opened.

RESOLUTION NO. 571 ADJOURN/CONTINUE PH ZONE CHANGE/THE POINTE
Councilwoman Manning offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board continues and reserves the decision for this public hearing until October 12, 2004, 8:00 p.m.
