TOWN BOARD MEETING

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2010

This Town Board Meeting was opened at 6:00 p.m.  Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.  Present were:

 

Councilman Denis Troy

Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan

Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Michael Maturo

 

The Town Board led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

 

RESOLUTION NO. 516                                          ENTER BUDGET MEETING HIGHWAY DEPT  

 

Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered a budget meeting with the Superintendent of Highways, at 6 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 517                                          ENTER POLICE COMMISSION MEETING

 

Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Police Commission Meeting, with the Chief, the Captain, and the Lieutenant, at 7:15 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 518                                          ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, with the Chief, the Captain, the Lieutenant and Teresa Kenny, to discuss particular Police litigation, at 7:39 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 519                                          ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING

 

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board the Workshop Meeting at 8:15 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 520                                          RE-ENTERED BUDGET MEETING    TOWN CLERK/TOWN ATTORNEY

 

Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the budget meeting with the Town Clerk and Teresa Kenny, at 9:28 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO.             521                                          ADJOURNMENT

 

Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
