POLICE COMMISSION/EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 2010
This Executive Session was opened at 7:05 p.m. from the Police Commission meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 223 ENTERED/EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss Police personnel matters at 7:05 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 224 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop meeting at 8:10 p.m.
