This meeting was opened at 7:30 p.m. Supervisor Day presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll. Present were:

RESOLUTION NO. 15 CHANGE TOWN BOARD MEETING JANUARY 16TH TO JANUARY 23RD
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, the January 16th Regular Town Board Meeting is rescheduled to January 23rd.

RESOLUTION NO. 16 NOMINATE ANTHONY RAIMONE POLICE OFFICER/RESIDENT
Councilman Bottari offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, nominate Anthony Raimone, from Rockland County Civil Service nominating list #69-233/16097, to the position of “Police Officer/Resident of the Town of Orangetown”, with his permanent appointment being contingent upon his successful completion of the remaining phases of the Rockland County Civil Service testing process, Basic Police Officer Training certification by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services and a background investigation.

RESOLUTION NO. 17 NOMINATE ORLANDO CORACHADO II POLICE OFFICER/RESIDENT
Councilman Bottari offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. 18 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION ACQUISITION/SALE/LEASE OF LAND
Supervisor Day offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:44 pm, the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss the nonbinding term sheet related to the proposed acquisition/sale/lease of land.
