WORKSHOP/AUDIT MEETING
MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2009
The Audit Meeting was opened at 8:50 p.m. from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Kleiner presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilwoman Marie Manning
Councilwoman Low-Hogan
Councilman Michael Maturo
Also present: Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk
Eliot Tozer, Deputy Supervisor
John Edwards, Town Attorney

RESOLUTION NO. 268 PAY VOUCHERS
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and on a roll call was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Finance Office is hereby authorized to pay vouchers for General Fund and Capital Projects Funds for a total of $212,053.98.

RESOLUTION NO. 269 ADJOURNED AUDIT MEETING/ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Audit Meeting adjourned at 8:57 p.m.
