Richard C. Finning, Town Justice, is a graduate of Fordham University’s School of Law. While at Fordham Law he interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office (S.D.N.Y.) in the Organized Crime Strike Force. After admission to the bar he began his-career at a law firm in lower Manhattan where he spent nearly a decade litigating matters in state and federal courts. He then practiced for several years in the legal department of a public benefit corporation. In 2009 he was elected to the position of Orangetown Town Justice and is currently serving his fourth-term as Town Justice.
