Overview
The following memorandum has been designed to facilitate small group discussions by the committee helping with the update study for the 2003 Comprehensive Plan. The memorandum has divided the major focus of the update study into three categories: 1) Route 303; 2) Pearl River and the Other Hamlet Centers; and, 3) RPC and Other Major Properties. In addition to providing some baseline information, it reviews the proposals in the 2003 Comprehensive Plan in relation to current conditions. Some suggestions for future action are also included for discussion by the committee.
