A public informational meeting about the Affordable Units at The Hollows at Blue Hill and the Town’s Active Adult Affordable Housing Program has been scheduled for:

All applications for the Affordable Units at The Hollows are due to the Rockland Housing Action Coalition by December 18,2015. The application is available for download below.A total of 4 units are currently available, and any person aged 55 and up may apply. A lottery to determine the order in which qualified individuals will be offered the chance to purchase an affordable unit will be held on January 28, 2016. 

Qualified individuals who were selected in prior lotteries held for the AAAHP will be given first priority, and residents of the Town of Orangetown who have lived in the Town for at least 10 years will be given priority over nonresidents or recent residents.
