| Marriage License | Documents Required: Original or Certified Birth Certificate, picture ID (DMV's Driver's License or Non-Driver's ID) and any one of the following: Work ID, Current Passport, Social Security Card, or green card. If other than your 1st marriage, you must bring divorce papers or certified death certificate. If any of the documents are NOT in English, they must be translated by a Professional translator. There is a $40.00 license fee payable by cash, debit or credit card. Once the license is issued, you cannot get married for the first 24 hours, then the License is good for 60 days. |
