TRAVEL ALERT – I-87 ROCKLAND COUNTY: The ramp from northbound Route 9W to the southbound Thruway (I-87/I-287) and Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge in the Town of Orangetown will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, April 25, through 5 a.m. Monday, April 28, to facilitate maintenance work.
Motorists should follow the posted one-mile detour to interchange 11 in Nyack to access the southbound Thruway and bridge.
Motorists will still be able to enter the northbound Thruway from Route 9W during the weekend closure.
